Quite frankly, I have been to Eilat about a month ago now. It was a much needed, quick weekend away with my family. Sadly, straight after this vacation I came back into a crazy, breathless month - packed with tests, endless amounts of them. Needless to say, I did not have time for my blog. Some of you, coming from instagram, may have already seen me and my trusty white cat eye sunglasses blasting my feed. There is no better time to dwell in the memories of the sweet, sweet, past than crazy packed times. It's time to be reminded of the vacation I'm currently day dreaming of .
The coral reef is a must see. It was my first time snorkeling, and it was incredible. To me, it was even inspirational. The colors of the fish and corals, the reflection of the sun in the water created this beautiful fairytale-like scene. The beach itself is one of the least touristy beaches in Eilat, so if it's peace and quiet you're seeking, go there.
When I think of Eilat, I usually think of extremely hot weather and overpacked touristry attractions. To say the least, I was suprised to arrive to warm, windy weather and calm vibes. As an advocate winter person, you wouldn't find me at the beach so much, and I was even more suprised to find out that I happily spent 3 days straight on the beach *GASP*, no complaints.
The dolphin reef was heavenly. So heavenly, that we spent a whole day there. In my opinion, it's one of the prettiest beaches in Eilat. It's incredibly relaxing, and equally as stunning - and the dolphins help, too.
For a perfect, chilled morning, breakfast on the beach is your answer. Mosh's beach is the perfect place for a nice brunch. With it's pretty views, calm environment and a menu that's focused on health food - it was the perfect way to finish this holiday.
Now, back to reality.
